Trélazé. FALA : trois projets solidaires au Sénégal

En 2009, FALA avait déjà acheminé une première ambulance dans un village reculé du Moyen-Atlas, au Maroc. Tous les ans, FALA organise des projets solidaires. Les bénévoles acheminent régulièrement des fournitures scolaires et du matériel de sport, pour des écoles et des clubs sportifs d’Afrique : Tunisie, Mali, Égypte, Congo, Maroc. Cette année, c’est au Sénégal que l’association se mobilise. En décembre 2019, les bénévoles de l’association FALA ont ainsi concrétisé trois projets solidaires au Sénégal : un projet « santé » avec l’acheminement d’une ambulance et de matériel médical ; un projet « éducation » avec des dons de fournitures scolaires à destination d’une école et un projet « sport » visant à équiper le club de foot local.

Ambulance solidaire

L’ambulance est partie le 2 décembre 2019. Après un périple de dix jours et 4 000 km en passant par l’Espagne, le Maroc et la Mauritanie, l’ambulance est arrivée au Sénégal. Une ambulance a été donnée à la case du village de Tiguéré Ciré, près de Matam. L’ambulance roule plus que jamais en cette période de crise sanitaire. Elle est sollicitée au-delà du village. Le matériel médical est distribué par la case en fonction des besoins.

Scolarité et sport

Les fournitures scolaires ont été mises à disposition des élèves. Les dons, rassemblés sur plusieurs mois par l’association, vont permettre aux enfants du village de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. Le club de football du village de Tigere-Ciré a également bénéficié d’un équipement de foot complet (maillot, short, chaussettes, chaussures) et de ballons, offerts par le district du Maine-et-Loire.
